This is the same process that occurs with laser resurfacing<\/a> in a less aggressive fashion. The healing response produces new collagen and elastic fibers. Skin becomes firmer and regains its elasticity, fine lines and wrinkles become visibly reduced, pores become finer, circulation is stimulated and the overall condition of the skin improves. Microneedling is effective on face and body areas (stomach), to treat acne scars, fine lines, and wrinkles, pigmentation, stretch marks, and scars. Most patients look as though they have a moderate to severe sunburn after treatment and skin may feel warmer and tighter than usual. This normally subsides after 1 to 2 hours and full recovery is generally within 24 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
